Welcome to the Performance Center LV booking platform. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including all policies referenced herein.

1. Booking & Use of Facility

Bookings are made online and require:

  • Valid account

  • Full payment of rental fees

  • Security deposit authorization

  • Signed liability waiver

Minimum rental: 2 hours.

You agree to comply with posted rules and respect scheduled time blocks.

2. Payments & Deposits

A. Payment Terms

All rental and service fees are due at booking. Your payment method will be charged via our payment processor.

B. Security Deposit

A separate security deposit is collected at booking. Deposit will be reviewed after inspection and refunded or charged for damages, at our discretion.

C. Cancellations

No refunds after booking unless due to an Act of God (e.g., severe weather or facility closure).

3. Liability Waiver

To use the facility, you must sign an electronic liability waiver.

If a coach makes a booking, they are responsible for ensuring all players sign the waiver before training. If waivers are incomplete, the coach accepts full liability for any injury, loss, or incident.

4. Access Codes

You will receive a unique keyless entry code for your scheduled time. Codes activate shortly before and expire shortly after your session.

Unauthorized access or sharing codes is prohibited.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Damage property

  • Use facility for unlawful activities

  • Interfere with other bookings

  • Bring pets (unless approved)

  • Violate posted safety or facility rules

If misconduct occurs, we reserve the right to terminate access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website is owned by Performance Center LV and protected by copyright. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The facility and website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding performance, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Injuries occurring at the facility

  • Loss of data

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is cancellation per the policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in Nevada courts.
