This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all facility rentals, memberships, packages, and bookings made through the Performance Center website.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the reservation.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund of the rental fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

  • Failure to show up for a scheduled reservation (“no-show”) will result in no refund.

All cancellations must be completed through the booking system or by contacting Performance Center directly before the 24-hour cutoff.


Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation

  • No-shows or unused time

  • Early departure or partial use of booked time

  • Violations of facility rules resulting in termination of access


Security Deposit

  • Security deposits are charged separately from rental fees.

  • Deposits are refunded after post-rental inspection, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations are identified.

  • If damage occurs, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit.

  • If damages exceed the deposit, the payment method on file may be charged for the balance.


Act of God / Facility Closure

In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control (such as severe weather, power outage, or facility closure), Performance Center reserves the right to:

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Offer a credit toward a future booking

This determination is made at our sole discretion.


Memberships & Packages

  • Monthly memberships and prepaid packages are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

  • Unused hours do not roll over unless explicitly stated in the membership terms.

  • Membership cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
